1. Introduction

Welcome to officeai.gr. By accessing or using our AI phone assistant service ("Service"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, you do not have permission to access or use the Service.

2. Use of Service

The Service employs advanced large language models (LLMs) to facilitate tasks such as bookings, reservations, and data processing, which you may request. Despite efforts to ensure accuracy, due to the inherent nature of artificial intelligence technology, the outputs from the Service may be imperfect or not meet expectations at times. You acknowledge that the Service may occasionally deliver erroneous or inaccurate results and agree that officeai.gr is not liable for any such inaccuracies. The nature of AI and LLM technology means responses and actions taken by the Service may not always align with expectations or requirements.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Engaging in illegal activities or soliciting others to perform illegal acts.
  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy rights of others.
  • Transmitting content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise offensive.
  • Introducing malicious software or manipulating data in a way that adversely affects the Service or other users' access to the Service.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service through hacking, password mining, or any other means. You are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under these Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which officeai.gr may suffer) of any such breach.

4. Limitations of Liability

officeai.gr, its affiliates, and its vendors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if officeai.gr has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. officeai.gr and its affiliates and licensors disclaim all warranties, both express and implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from officeai.gr or through the Service will create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

6. Modifications to the Service and Terms

officeai.gr reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
